ReportSpeed stores the minimum data needed to run the site: comment text, the name you type, optional photos (re-encoded to WebP with all EXIF/location metadata removed), and a salted one-way hash of your IP address for spam protection. Guests are not tracked with cookies; a session cookie is set only when you log in. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies for ads as described in Google’s policies.
